Tickets & Registration
1. Can I buy tickets?
No, tickets are available free of charge after registering here. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No, tickets are personalized. If you are unable to attend the event, please let us know by emailing kontakt@oneyoungworld2025@muenchen.de.
3. How do I get into the event?
Each participant will receive a personalized QR code approximately one week before the start of the event. This must be presented at the entrance as an admission ticket.

4. Where can I park?
We generally recommend traveling by public transport.
However, if you do decide to travel by car, you will find paid parking spaces here:

5. When does the event start and end?
Official admission begins at 6:30 p.m. Invited guests may enter the hall beforehand. The official part of the event begins at 7 p.m. and ends around 10:30 p.m. Afterwards, you can round off the evening with a drink or a late-night snack accompanied by music.
6. Where is my seat?
Each guest will receive a colored wristband at the entrance indicating their seating block. The blocks in the hall are color-coded. Seating within the blocks is free.
7. Are there breaks and catering on site?
No breaks are planned during the ceremony. However, you can buy food and drinks at the kiosks and food trucks at any time.
8. Can I arrive late or leave early?
Of course, you can arrive late or leave early—but then you'll miss the best moments! We recommend: Be there on time from start to finish, it's worth it!
9. Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there are plenty of cloakrooms on level 3.
Catering & Services
10. Will food and drinks be available at the event?
Yes, there will be a variety of food and drinks available for purchase on site—there's something for everyone!
11. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No outside food and drinks are allowed.
Safety & Rules
12. Are there security checks/bag checks?
Yes, there are bag checks at the entrance. Bags up to a maximum size of DIN A4 are permitted.
13. Please leave the following items at home!
▪ Bags and backpacks larger than DIN A4
▪ Helmets, masks, face coverings (except for standard face masks worn as a hygiene measure)
▪ Firearms, cutting and stabbing weapons, pistols, ammunition belts, and other weapons of any kind
▪ Saws, axes, hatchets, and similar tools
▪ Fireworks, torches, sparklers, and other pyrotechnic items of any kind (including Bengal fire)
▪ Chairs, seating furniture, and seating (e.g., Styrofoam cubes)
▪ RECORDING DEVICES: Professional audio, photo, and video equipment is prohibited
▪ GoPros and drones
▪ Laptops, tablets, computers
▪ Laser pointers
▪ Animals
▪ Bulky items of any kind, e.g., ladders, chairs, hammocks, tents, flagpoles, umbrellas, camping equipment, banners, and selfie sticks
▪ Flammable liquids
▪ Drugs and illegal substances of any kind
▪ Glass bottles
▪ Deodorant spray, hairspray, pepper spray, CS spray, sprays (including perfume)
▪ Cans, disposable and reusable PET bottles (e.g., soda, water, etc.), Tetra Paks, cups, and hydration packs larger than A4
▪ Large coolers or other large containers/boxes
▪ Loudspeakers of all sizes
▪ Flyers, stickers, brochures, or similar items
▪ Sharpies, permanent markers, and similar items
▪ Food
▪ Megaphones
▪ Props or costume pieces that glorify violence (e.g., firearms)
▪ Radios and similar items
▪ Drums, air horns, vuvuzelas, and other mechanical or electronic devices for generating noise
▪ Studded belts, chains, chains on wallets, necklaces (with the exception of delicate jewelry chains)
▪ Inline skates, roller skates, skateboards, scooters
▪ Bicycles
▪ Texts, images, or other materials with discriminatory, derogatory, obscene, pornographic, and/or racist content, or which indicate a violation of the personal rights of third parties.
Carrying the above-mentioned items may result in the visitor being refused entry and excluded from the event.
Protection of minors
14. What needs to be considered with regard to the protection of minors?
Admission is only permitted for persons aged 18 and over. Children and young people are not permitted to enter, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
ID checks will be carried out on site.
Accessibility
15. Is the venue accessible?
The Olympiahalle is accessible. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are also available.
Photos, audio, and video recordings
16. Are photos, audio, and video recordings permitted?
Photography for private use is permitted. Only 35 mm cameras without lenses and cell phones with camera functions are permitted on the premises. Recordings of any kind are prohibited without the explicit permission of the organizer/artist.
